    West Elizabeth

    • Ducks tend to cluster around the Aurora Basin and in a stretch of the Lower Montana River, a little further down the river.
    • There’s another place you can hunt these animals: upstate along the Upper Montana River, just past the river bends north. These hunting grounds continue upstream, southwest of the town of Strawberry.
    • You’ll likely see some ducks along the banks of the Owanjila and further upstream; to the northwest as well.
    • The Dakota River is probably the best duck location in the state. They appear all along the river, from Flat Iron Lake to the Ambardino border. You can find them on both sides of the river, in West Elizabeth and New Hanover.
    • On your way to explore the waters of Ambardino, take a look along the Little Creek River that runs along the northern border of West Elizabeth. There may be a small population of ducks along the riverbank west of Wallace Station.

    • Cattail Pond is probably the first duck habitat you’ll encounter when crossing into Ambardino from West Elizabeth.
    • The duck population is pretty sparse in Ambardino, so you’ll have to cross the state to Donner Falls and Calumet Ravine for your next chance against them.
    • O’Creagh’s Run is the best duck hunting spot in Ambardino. They can be found along the banks on all sides.

    New Hanover

    • In the northern parts of New Hanover, there are a flock of ducks that appear along the northeast and east borders of Annesburg; along the banks of the Lannahechee River.
    • There are smaller populations of ducks along the Kamassa River to the northwest and southwest of Annesburg.
    • Ducks flock to the Elysian Pool further south and continue downstream west of the Van Horn Trading Post.
    • Ducks also inhabit a fairly long stretch of the Kamassa River, just southwest of Van Horn.
    • The Heartland Overflow in downtown Lemoyne is a great place to hunt ducks.
    • There is also Dewberry Creek, which flows southwest from and crosses into Lemoyne. You can spot ducks sporadically along this shallow stream on both sides of the state border.

    • Following the Kamassa River and the waters that surround it is your best bet in Lemoyne.
    • You can find them at the docks further west of Saint Denis or on the southeast border of Calliga Hall.
    • Southfield Flats and Mattock Pond in Scarlett Meadows are also worth checking out.
