Remove the Teams icon from your system tray
The procedure to be carried out for deleting the Microsoft Teams icon from the system tray is very simple and fast. Here are all the steps you need to take:
- Log in to “Settings” of Windows by pressing from the keyboard WIN + I or right-click on the Start button and then click on the entry “Settings”;
- From the left side menu, click on the item “Personalization”;
- Click on the entry “Application Bar”;
- Turn off the switch next to the item “Chats”.
After performing the above steps, the Microsoft Teams icon will immediately be removed from the system tray. Obviously you can add it again at any time, by accessing the screen seen previously again and activating the switch next to the item “Chats”.
